Summary0011477: remove ant target update.customized.database from main build.xml as its only used in the upgrader
DescriptionThis is the start ant target for the 2.40 -> 2.50 upgrader. It is not needed and not functional in the normal 2.50 copy as the code it tries to start (the upgrader) is not present in normal 2.50 either.
