DescriptionError when you modify a Spanish's Bank with a Bank Account with Spanish's IBAN.

Appears this Error:
 
ERROR: An IBAN account is defined for this bank. Country must not be changed.
Steps To Reproduce-As Openbravo Admin go to Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Setup || Bank
-Create a new record:
    -Location / Address: Spain
-Save and go to Bank Account, Create a new record:
    -Generic Account: 12345678901234567890
    -IBAN: ES8023100001180000012345 (Spanish IBAN)
    -Set 'Show generic'
-Save and go to Bank
-For example change the name and save

when we modify a Spanish's Bank with a Bank Account with Spanish's IBAN, no error appears now.

Tested & working fine.
