| Summary | 0011430: clicking "verifyBOM" button does not ends up loading |
| Description | n Master data management -> product click "VerifyBOM" button.The pop up window does not ends up loading. |
| Steps To Reproduce | Login as userA
Go to Master Data Management->Product
Select product BOM A
Move to Bill of materials Tab
Click New and fill:
BOM Type = Part/BOM
BOM Product = B Raw material
BOM quantity = 1
Save and new and fill
BOM Type = Part/BOM
BOM Product = C Raw material
BOM quantity = 1
Move back to Product Tab
Click on Verify BOM button
VerifyBOM button does not end up loading.It is loading continously.
This breaks up the daily build execution in both QA and hudson machines. |

Hi Rafa. As far as I know this bug is only reproduced using Oracle and in pi. So as the demo is not running in pi you won't get this error.
Arun: could you please confirm if this is true and in that case update the issue information with the database? |

yes juan pablo I too agree with your comments.This issue occurred in PI oracle context. I have already updated this issue information with the database.
Since our QA daily build runs in pi oracle context was failing due to the environmental issues, we could not get the latest status of them.
Let me resolve that and inform you the updates about the issue whether I am able to reproduce it in pi oracle context. |

Just for your information the local environment where I tested it was also PI and Oracle. |

Juan Pablo: This issue happened in both QA and hudson.
Reproducing in hudson: In hudson I asked Priya to run the single test "Edit product BOM" using automation testcase. She was able to run.But while running as a whole it fails.
In QA machine: In QA machine I reproduced it by doing both manually and in automation.The pop up window never ends up loading.That is the reason I have raised an ERP issue for this. |

Hi everyone I just tested this Edit Product BOM using both manually and automation testcase in Pi Oracle context. I could not reproduce the issue.So I will close the issue.
By the way answer for juan Pablo's question:
On Friday when I tried to run the test individually and also whole smoke suite it failed.But today it passes without any issues. |

Arun: the Oracle smoke test fails. Does this mean that it's a bug in the smoke tests? |

Reopening, the issue has been found and it is reproducible. The accounting background process causes the Oracle database to get locked most of its tables. Caused by this changeset:
