DescriptionIt's possible complete Goods Receipts without Lines and it shouldn't
Steps To Reproduce-Login as Openbravo Admin
-Go to the Procurement Management || Transactions || Goods Receipt
-Create a new record
-Save and complete

You shouldn't be able to do it.
Proposed SolutionComplete Goods receipt or goods shipment without lines makes no sense. Apart from that a nice and friendly message should show up.

"To complete the document, please add lines" or something like that

Tested, Message "The document cannot be completed because it has no lines" appears if the receipt document does not have lines.
