Steps To Reproduce-As Openbravo Admin go to Master Data Management || Product || Product >> Costing.
-Create a new record
-Realise that the Starting Date and the Ending Date aren't obligatory.
Proposed SolutionBoth dates should be mandatory.

From and To fields become mandatory but if we enter the wrong data the error message is not an valid one.
