DescriptionWhen you try to define a withholding rate with decimals and you save it, the rate is rounded to integer. Decimals are not allowed.
Steps To Reproduce1. Master Data Management || Business Partner Setup || Withholding || Withholding : create new record with rate=2.35
2. Save it
3. Realize Rate field has been rounded to 2
