Summary0011246: Translation for new fieldgroup in a module with baseLanguage != en_US do not work
DescriptionWhen a module with baselanguage not en_US (i.e. de_DE) adds a new AD_FIELDGROUP entry then the display of this fieldgroup in a window is wrong.

When viewing the window with the fieldgroup in i.e. de_DE "null" is displayed instead of the fieldgroup_name

When viewing the window in english then the de_DE name of the fieldgroup is displayed (which is correct in this case, as no english translation is present).

I've tested it and the error seems to be slightly different:
-I have a new module with es_ES as language.
-Create a new field group in this module and add it English translation
-Create a new tab in this module.
-Add to this tab the new field group and one in core.

When viewing the tab in es_ES:
-Module's field group is in es_ES -> OK
-Core's field group is in en_US -> Error

When viewing the tab in en_US:
-Module's field group is in en_US -> OK
-Core's field group is null -> Error
