Summary0011242: in time sheet, can not select business partner if project don't have associated it
DescriptionIn projects without business partner selected, in time sheet line, you can not select a business partner to line, with this project.
Steps To Reproducein Project & Service Management || Transactions || Expense Sheet || Header >> Lines
create new line and tick re-invoicing checkbox.
select a project that this project does not have business partner selected.
 if you try select a business partner, the project is erased
Proposed SolutionThe expected behaviour is (project selector is the master):
1) Select a project:
* If it has a business partner, set it automatically in business partner field.
* If it does not have a business partner, keep the previous business partner field value (blank or another one).
2) Select a business partner:
* If project field is blank:
** If the business partner has no projects, keep the project field blank.
** If the business partner has projects, select his last created project in the drop-down.
* If project field is NOT blank:
** No action is taken, project selector remains the same old value.
