0011085: Module Management window shows two times the same pack before rebuilding

Description

I had an old version of Community Localization Pack for Spain. When I installed Professional Localization Pack (that includes Community Pack) everything went well, but in the window displayed just before rebuild the Community Pack appears twice.
After rebuild window shows the correct layout.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Use an Openbravo instance with an old release of Spanish Localization Pack Community
2. Go to Module Management window and choose to install the Professional edition of the Spanish Localization (note that this pack includes community one)
3. Follow all steps to accomplish installation. Note the incorrect layout on screen before rebuilding (see attach)
4. Rebuild the system. Now the screen layout is correct.
