DescriptionIn instalation with a client, the process accounting in background get the client System to this process, and not account nothing.

Fixed on r2.30

The problem is that the accounting is achieved only for the those clients that have defined an schedule process, but it is not possible to define schedule for clients because this window allows to insert data only in client 0.

The solution is to give permission to schedule process window to insert values in non-0 client.
