0011031: Change the color of a focused link in a tab
The color of a focused link in a tab is black, with a gray background is hard to see.

This is not a problem when navigating to a tab, because when you refresh the page the link is not focused. But it's a problem when the validate() js function return false and you don't navigate to the tab.
Follow the steps of the related issue.
Change the color of the A.dojoTabLink:focus

A.dojoTabLink:focus {
  color: black;

  font-size: 8pt;
