0011018: It is not possible to recover the system after a failed module installation
I installed Spanish Localization Pack Professional, but installation failed. So I tried to recover the system by deleting contents in module folder. After doing that, update.database did not work anymore, so only possible action is a create.database.
See steps.
1. Use an Openbravo Professional Subscription with proper license for installing Spanish professional pack.
2. Install the Spanish Professional Pack 1.1.0.
NOTE: Let's assume there is an error here, although an error is not required for verifying the issue
3. Manually delete installed module, by going to command line, and erasing contents of "modules" folder
4. Run an update.database. You will get an error of type: "Referenced Tab ID:XXXXXX does not exists"
