Now a days when posting a document there is no action to ensure that no entry already exists for that document in fact_acct

This change, in execution, produces an error:
 SQL error in query: DELETE FROM Fact_Acct WHERE AD_Table_ID = ? AND Record_ID = ?Exception:java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01722: invalid number
