Summary0010924: Create From Bank, do not select any record if "All" is selected in Receipt type and no bank account is selected
DescriptionIn Create From Bank, if no bank account is selected and "All" option is selected in Receipt Type, the pop-up does not show any record. See screenshot.

However, if a bank account is selected + All, rows are shown; or Payment or Collection and no bank account, also, rows are shown.

It has been tested in 2.40MP9 and 2.50MP6
Steps To ReproduceGo to Financial Management > Receivables and Payables > Transactions > Bank Statement. Create a new record.
Press "Create lines from".
Do not select any bank account.
Select as Receipt Type, "all".
Search.

No records are shown.

Tested working fine, now the filter rightly filters the record as per the filter option
