Summary	0010912: Copy bank account in create from bank statement
Description	Selecting a pending payment is selected in the Create From popup of the bank statement window it is possible to change the amount. When this amount is changed the process automatically generates a settlement to cancel the original payment and generate 2 new payments one with the given amount that is inserted in the bank statement and another one with the remaining amount. It is desired to copy the bank account and cashbook from the original payment to the generated ones when the settlement is done.
Steps To Reproduce	Create a new bank statement and click the Create from button. Search a payment with a bank account and select and change the amount to a lower one. Press OK. In the lines tab check that the payment is for the proposed amount, navigate to the payment. (It should go to the settlement window) and see that the bank account field is empty.
