Summary0010835: Not able to reactivate or unpost a invoice even if none of the plan lines are posted.
DescriptionAs per the current system behavior, user not able to un post a invoice if none of the plan lines are posted.

System only allows the user to un post the invoice only when the user post all the plan line. This functional behavior is bit hectic when the automatic posting of invoices is inactivated.

Probably we need to change the behavior as 'system should not allow the user to unpost the invoice only if (any one of the plan lines is posted) and (one or more plane lines are not posted.') then
 System should not allow the invoice to get un post
else
 System should allow the invoice to get un post
end if


Richard/Eduardo: Please confirm whether the current system behavior is the expected one.
