Summary0010748: Amount from and amount to are not working properly in create lines from (Bank Statement)
DescriptionThe "amount from" and the "amount to" filters are not working properly when you want to search for purchase payment.

The reason is that is trying to look for negative payment but the purchase payments are positive
Steps To Reproduce1. Login
2. Create a purchase invoice
3. Go to bankstatement window and create one
4. Click create lines from and search for that payment using the amount fields

You will not find but if you don't use those filters it will appear
