DescriptionWhen you launch accounting process scheduled, and c_settlements are not posted, application is downed and error is returned:

 There are no connections available
Steps To ReproduceFinancial Management || Accounting || Transactions || Reset acounting:
 run process whit settlement selected and . reset accounting with "delete existing Accounting Entries" checked

General Setup || Application || Background Process || Background Process
 PeriodicAcctServer activate

This error is not reproducible with a sample database of openbravo.
Support team has got a enviroment where this error is reproducible.
