When enabling heartbeat the message should say:"The heartbeat has been enabled successfully"

When disabling: "The heartbeat has been disabled successfully"

The message box for the enable process should display:
In the title: "Process completed successfully"
In the message body: "The heartbeat has been enabled."

The message box for the disable process should display:
In the title: "Process completed successfully"
In the message body: "The heartbeat has been disable."
