| Description | If I try to register a module and some data is in UTF-8, I get an error message. It looks like the module is registered anyway. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Develop a module with a name containing non ASCII characters, like ÑñòàâçÇ and so on 2. Register this module. An error message is displayed. See attach. | ||||
