Summary0010643: When trying to edit an attached file without select it, error message should be showed.
DescriptionIn attached files window, when you try to Edit a file without select it appears a "Request parameter required" error and you need to close the window and open it again to continue working. Instead of that the typical message "You have not filled in all needed fields" should appear in the same window.
Steps To Reproduce1. Go to Master Data Management || Business Partner. Select any and click in "Attach File" button.
2. Press "Add" button and attach any file.
3. Press "Edit" button without check the file.
4. "Request parameter required" error is showed

Tested and "You have not filled in all needed fields" message appears after the fix.
