Summary0010600: Organization drop down list in Role window is not sorted correctly
DescriptionThe Organization drop down list is sorted alphabetically throughout the application with the exception of the Role window.

This makes it very difficult to select the correct organization.
Steps To Reproduce1) Go to the Role window.

Tested in role information window by clicking the link in the top left corner in the menu, the organization is sorted in Ascending order.(not in alphabetic order)
