Summary0010504: Module dependencies are not propely calucalated installing from obx files
DescriptionWhen installing modules locally dependencies are not properly calculated for modules that have not been already applied.
Steps To ReproduceModule A-1.0.0 depends on module B-1.0.0

Install module A from obx file and without applying it install module B.

An error message is displayed saying dependencies are not satisfied.

Workarround: Apply module A before installing B.
