Summary0010476: The amount column in the invoice taxes report is too narrow
DescriptionTe amount column in the invoice taxes report is too narrow, it strips values larger than 100000,00
Steps To Reproduce-Create an invoice with an invoice line with amount larger that 100000,00, and with a tax
-Complete and post the invoice
-Go to Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Analysis Tools || Invoice Taxes Report || Invoice Taxes Report
-Execute the report selecting the currency of the invoice created and with a date interval to show the invoice
-See that the amount is not correctly showed in the amount column

Please attach a screenshot. Values greater than 100000,00 seems to be properly displayed (InvoiceTaxReportOK.png).

The amount column in the totals row has not got the correct amount.
When the total has more caracters that 100000,00 (not a bigger amount, but more charaters) the total is not showed.
In the rest of the modules the amount have to be very big to don't be showed properly, but in these cases the width of the column should increase automatically.
