Summary0010434: Set As Ready in Organization is ambiguous
DescriptionWhen clicking the Set as Ready button within the Organization window when having Organization Type = Legal With Accounting and Allow Period Control = N the following error appears:

"Every legal entity with accounting must have itself or an ancestor at least an accounting schema attached to it"

1. The message is unclear, looks like a weird English construct.
2. is there a problem with the accounting schema or the calendar that is not selectable if the Allow Period Control is off.
Steps To Reproduce1) go to Initial Organization Form
2) select Legal with accounting type of organization
3) select Euro as the currency
4) check include accounting
5) do not select any chart of account
6) check off Business Partner and Product dimensions
7) Parent Organization = *
8) Click OK
9) go to Organization window, find the newly created organization and click Set as Ready

The problem is:

A "legal entity with accounting" type organization must have (itself, or a parent organization) an accounting schema (it means that a chart of accounts has been provided when creating the organization).

Con you provide, please, a proposed solution? I mean, a well formed message expressing this?

I would suggest the following message:

Every organization that is marked as "Legal entity with accounting" or at least its ancestor must an accounting schema associated with it.
