Summary0010430: Export module validation must check the 'has reference data' when a dataset is present in the module
DescriptionWhen you export a module a validation is made. This validation should include a validation of 'Has reference data' when the module includes a DataSet, if not, the module will include the reference data (.xml) but you won't be able to import it.
Steps To Reproduce* Create a module with a table
* Fill that table with some records
* Create a dataset to export those records
* Export the reference data
* In the module definition don't mark the 'Has reference data' check
* Export and package the module

Notes:
The module includes the .xml reference data file, but there is no way to import that data
Proposed Solution* Module validation should check the presence of DataSets for the module and fail when the 'Has reference data' is not marked
