0010383: Error obtained when trying to delete an ad_textinterface record

Description

When you try to delete an ad_textinterface record, after deleting its ad_textinterface_trl record associated, you get the following error:

ORA-04091: table TAD.AD_TEXTINTERFACES_TRL is mutating, trigger/function may not see it ORA-06512: at "TAD.AD_TEXTINTERFACES_TRG", line 54 ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'TAD.AD_TEXTINTERFACES_TRG'

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to Application Dictionary || Text Interfaces || Text Interface and select the record you want to delete.
2. Go to Application Dictionary || Text Interfaces || Text Interface >> Translation and delete its translation by clicking on "Delete Record" icon
3. Come back to Application Dictionary || Text Interfaces || Text Interface and try to delete the record by clicking on "Delete Record" icon
4. Relize that you obtained the "ORA-04091: table TAD.AD_TEXTINTERFACES_TRL is mutating, trigger/function may not see it ORA-06512: at "TAD.AD_TEXTINTERFACES_TRG", line 54 ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'TAD.AD_TEXTINTERFACES_TRG" error message.
