Summary0010368: An update.database will deactivate my Professional Susbscription license
DescriptionI have an active Professional Subscription site. Whenever I perform an update.database, the license change to Inactive and I have to refresh it.
Steps To ReproduceGet a valid license and activate an Professional Subscription site
Launch an update.databse
Go again to Activation Window to see license status. It says Inactive.

Fixed issue 10368. Now the AD_SYSTEM table will not be deleted and refilled in each upgrade, and therefore the license will not be lost.
