Summary0010347: Toolbar behaviour on IE8 is wrong
DescriptionThe toolbar while viewing an existing field should show as disabled the save buttons and the back button and once you enter a change in the form they should become enabled.

In IE8 they are always enabled and the cursor pointer while hover is always the "arrow" instead of the "hand"
