Summary0010306: Concurrent users warning message and error message are too similar
DescriptionLicensing has two different messages. A warning when reaching the warning number and an error when using all available users. If you check the messages (see attach 1 and 2) you will note that message are too similar. No clear distinction about why I am able to continue with the warning but I am rejected with the error.
Furthermore, warning message window title is "Retry" (see attach 2) so it is very confusing.
Steps To ReproduceUse an OBPS site with 2 maximum users and a warning on 1 user.
Enter the application, you will get no messages and you can use the application.
Open a new browser an enter the application, you will got the warning message.
Open a new browser an enter again, you will got the error message.

After discussing with JMI, the real problem is how this limits are displayed to the user (both final user in Openbravo ERP and internal user in Butler).
Currently, the Activation Windows says, for example:

Concurrent Global System Users 5
Concurrent Users Warning 4

But "real" user limit, the amount of licenses the customer bought, is the Warning (i.e. 4). Anyway, once reached this limit, a number of extra connections can be allowed (in the example, one extra) in order to perform administrator tasks. It is kind of "soft limit" and "hard limit".
