DescriptionWhen a module adds a trigger to an application dictionary table, the uninstall process fails.
Steps To ReproduceAdd a trigger to an application dictionary table through a module, and try to uninstall the module.
Proposed SolutionDBSourceManager needs to be fixed.

Fixed issue 10299. Now if a module adds a trigger to an application dictionary table, it should be possible to uninstall it without errors.

Checked with HCM obx file, its working fine
