0010181: Unify reports print buttons placement

Description

Currently we can find in Openbravo ERP several buttons for printing reports: some reports have them all, some not, some have them in unusual places.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Go to Financial Management || Accounting || Analysis Tools || Balance sheet and P&L structure and you will only find PDF Format button.
2) Go to Financial Management || Accounting || Analysis Tools || Trial Balance Report and you will find PDF button as a Print Icon on the upper side.
3) Go to Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Analysis Tools || Invoice Taxes Report and you will find HTML and PDF buttons plus an Excel button on the upper side.

Proposed Solution

* "Search" button: only for those reports which are navigable, that means, which display in the same window and have links to go to specific records.
* "HTML Format" button: for ALL the reports to display in HTML format in a pop-up window. The data in this format can be displayed grouped by business partner, organization, etc...
* "PDF Format" button: for ALL the reports to display in PDF format in a pop-up window. The data in this format can be displayed grouped by business partner, organization, etc...
* "Spreadsheet Format" button: for ALL the reports to open in Spreadsheet format with a Spreadsheet application (Microsoft Excel, OO Spreadhseet, iWorks Numbers, ...). The data in this format will be un-folded, this mean, NO grouping should be done by business partner, organization, etc...

All 3 (or 4) buttons will display in line after the report filter options.
