For eg, numbers here(India) are represented as:
1
10
100
1,000
10,000
1,00,000
10,00,000
1,00,00,000
10,00,00,000
and so on
The separators are two digits, except for the last set, which is in thousands. |

Reminder sent to: pjuvara Is this a feature request? |

Hi,
This is a basic format for all over India.I think it is a basic one.
Without this format we can't do any accounting process reports in India.
Now it's your choice.
You may decide, this issues is a Feedback or Feature request or anything. |

The Indian numbering system, used today in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Myanmar (Burma), is based on grouping by two decimal places, rather than the three decimal places commonplace in most parts of the world.
Please refer this for details.

Hi Ivan,
Thanks for your feedback/idea.
What we done was, we replaced all the existing reports(related to accounting).
It's better,if you add this(decimal separator) as a module(Localization module for India)
or in core. |
