In window Grid view, user is unable to see total number of records currently present in grid. There should be some provision to get count of all records.

In screen shot 2, there is provision to click on link to get total number of records in grid view, which shows total count of records in screen shot 3.

This will be very helpful for users to get Total count of records matching filters or without filters.
