Summary 0042846: [20Q1] [NewSkin] Scrolling in Cashup window doesn't work in touch devices - count ipad

Steps To Reproduce 0. Log in the POS as user "vallblanca"
1. Select the "Cash up" option from the dropdown menu
2. Try to scroll in some touch device
NOTICE that on the iPad using the Safari browser, it is not possible to scroll through the items in any way, thus making it impossible to count the larger bills

Steps To Reproduce 0. Log in the POS as user "vallblanca"
1. Select the "Cash up" option from the dropdown menu
2. Try to scroll in some touch device
(1) NOTICE that in the Galaxy Tab A6 the scroll is inconsistent
(2) NOTICE that on the iPad using the Safari browser, it is not possible to scroll through the items in any way, thus making it impossible to count the larger bills
